This is one of Magqwaka Associates Architects' flagship projects in Cape Town. The project entailed largely the renovation of offices previously used by SARS and Deeds for Parliament within the Parliamentary Precinct.

It meant working deligently in a building that was functional and full of activity. Thus, issues of safety and complimenting the existing had to be taken into account.
